Tom Fulner | President

Tom Fulner has grown up in the printing industry. His Father and Mother started the business in January of 1972. He helped get his Engineering degree from Purdue University while working in the Family business in a variety of positions. In May 1986 he was promoted to Operations Manager where he remained until 1997 when he was promoted to President of the Indianapolis operations. He has over 25 years experience in the business.

Tom has been married over 20 years to his wife Shari, and they are the proud parents of three children (Darren, Michelle, and Adam). When he is not working, Tom enjoys woodworking, painting and being with his family and friends. Despite being a self-proclaimed ‘homebody’ he loves vacationing in the Caribbean. Tom is also an avid Football fan, in particular Purdue and the Chicago Bears.

Mary Kay Hessong | Commercial Account Manager

Mary Kay Hessong is a native of Indianapolis and attended college in Dallas Texas. After a successful career in sales, Mary Kay chose to stay home for the next 15 years with her 3 young daughters. While enjoying being a stay at home mom, Mary Kay started a home based business with The Pampered Chef. Within the first 6 months she earned her first incentive trip. She quickly promoted to sales manager and led a sales team of 50. Mary Kay sold in the top 1% of her company earning her many incentives such as trips to Hawaii, Cancun, Disney World, and cruises to the Caribbean and Alaska.

As her children grew older, Mary Kay’s career needed to change to spend more time with her family in the evenings. She joined PIP Printing & Document Services in May of 2005 in business development. She loves the printing industry and enjoys building relationships with her customers. In her first full year in sales, Mary Kay is already on track to earn a Golden Sales Level.

Mary Kay has been married to her husband, David for almost 19 years, and their 3 daughters are now teenagers, Emma 17, Audrey 15 and Ellyn 13. Mary Kay is very active in her daughter’s marching band activities and heads up the sewing room. During marching band season you will find her at her “second” job every evening, making flags for Color Guard to use during their performances. She loves to travel, enjoys going out with friends and spending time with her family.
 
Jason Johnston | Commercial Account Manager

After earning his Bachelors degree in Graphic Arts Management, Jason began his career in the printing industry in 1993. His first position was Shipping Supervisor at a very large periodical printer, where he learned the importance logistics plays in business. Within a year Jason was promoted to Bindery Supervisor, directly overseeing the mailing and finishing departments. To further his education and experience in the business, he transferred to the Graphics department after 3 years.

In 1998 Jason moved his wife and son to Indianapolis to be closer to their family. He accepted a position as Bindery Manager for a commercial printer. In 2003 Jason brought his talents to Dynamark Graphics Group and accepted the position of Business Development. The wide range of experience he possesses has led to strong relationships with his customers resulting from his consultative approach.
 
Diane Robinson | Commercial Account Manager

Diane Robinson began her career over 20 years ago in the printing industry. Starting her career in the pre-press/graphics department with Dynamark has been instrumental in where she is today with the company. Understanding the process from concept to completion has been critical to her success. Diane completed her Marketing degree at Ball State University in 1987. After working in retail management, she decided that working direct with customers was her passion. In 1989, she came to Dynamark at the retail store level and was promoted to sales six months later. Diane’s commitment to servicing her customers with their best interest at heart is what has contributed to her longstanding and strong business relationships.

Diane has played a vital role in the success of the sales department at Dynamark over the years. She has earned national awards for her sales efforts in this industry for the past 10 years including sales person of the year for the Northeast region and the Platinum level sales award.

Diane is a wife and mother of two children currently residing in Fishers, Indiana. They are very active in sports keeping the family busy. She is also very active at church serving on several committees and ministries. She enjoys the outdoors with a great appreciation for the scenery and landscape. She especially enjoys the beach or lake waters. With her busy schedule, quiet time for reading and reflection is considered a gift.

Keith Hunt | Production Manager

Keith Hunt has been in the printing industry for 31 years. He started running a press in 1975, and became the production manager within a year. He continued to run a press, work bindery and manage production in that facility for 9 years. In 1984 he decided that working on a light table in pre press was the thing to do so he moved to a local trade shop and worked with film, plates and color proofing. With the advancement of computers, electronic stripping came along and Keith learned to run a CAD, a high end computer aided drafting machine. He quickly became the production manager and worked in conventional pre press for the next 6 years. After working with the CAD he realized there was a real benefit to computers in the pre press area. Keith decided to go to work for a Desk top publishing Company. Working as the production manager he learned the Mac as well as the PC and did this for 17 years before coming to Dynamark Graphics in 2001. Currently the production manager of Dynamark, he keeps the customers satisfaction as his number one priority.

Steve Lacer | IT Director

Steve Lacer has been in the printing business for 20 years. The first 16 years was with a local graphic arts dealer, HPS, as a service technician. The past four years has been with Dynamark as an IT director. As a technician, the first 7 years concentrated on repair of small duplicators and all prepress equipment such as cameras, light frames and processors. As technology changed our industry, he became certified by Apple in 1992 and switched over to all electronic prepress support in 1998. As IT director for Dynamark, workstations, servers and networks are his main concern but his wide range of mechanical and electrical knowledge has been an additional asset to the company.

Steve is an avid outdoorsman, taxidermist and soccer coach. He loves hunting with his two daughters and also being involved with their school and church activities. He is also proud of his relationship with his wife. They have been together for 25 years and married for 20 of those years.
 
Mark Laymon | Graphics Manager

Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in the printing industry to his management role at Dynamark Graphics Group, Inc.. Born and raised in the greater Indianapolis area, he ran his first printing press while a sophomore in high school. He has since worked in all areas of printing production, including prepress, press operation, bindery, purchasing and production management and sales.
 
Kimberly Wright | Customer Service

Kimberly Wright is originally from Gastonia, North Carolina and relocated to Indianapolis in August of 1998. She had over five years Customer Service experience before her employment at Dynamark Graphics Group in September of 2004. She is a Customer Service Representative/Project Coordinator and loves helping Dynamark’s clients. She is an extremely loyal individual.

Kimberly is a very family oriented individual. She has 2 children that she loves very much. Her family is “the most important thing in the world to me”.
