A customer recently said, “Steve, we feel like you’re a part of our staff.” Nothing could have made him happier because this is exactly the kind of relationship he intends to establish with all his customers. He says, “Building a business relationship is much like building a personal friendship. And building a healthy relationship includes mutual trust, dependability and a genuine concern for one’s well-being.” Today’s business environment presents his customers with unique needs, and sometimes it includes demands that can be stressful. As a business consultant, Steve is always looking for solutions to ease those situations and it’s not unusual for him to say, “Leave the stressing to me.” No wonder his customer base includes several clients that have been with him for many years.
Steve has been in the printing industry for almost 16 years now, and 11 of those years have been with Dynamark Graphics Group. He has been in sales for all but two of those years, a brief period in which he was in sales management. During this time he has seen many changes in the industry. Steve says, “This makes product knowledge extremely important. Staying up-to-date in a digital environment is crucial to assisting customers who may not be as well-versed.” Steve is happy to be with DGG, a company that stays on the cutting edge of this ever-changing digital technology.
Steve has a son, Brad, and both of them are avid sports enthusiasts. He also is an amateur historian with particular interest in the American Civil War. He has hosted a web site on a CW regiment for eleven years and is currently researching the unit with the intention of writing a book.

It always comes back to the mailings. That's how it's been for Patrick. Spending over 20 years in Shipping/Receiving and mail services, anytime he strayed from it, he worked his way back home--such as being in charge of the mailings for off-off Broadway theater he worked with in the mid 90's or running the mailings for the church he attended and married his wife in.
Born in Wyoming, raised in Denver and living for almost 20 years in NYC, Patrick and his family relocated to Nashville in 2003 and found a home here. In July of 2007 Patrick found a home with Dynamark Graphics Group.
He lives in Nashville with his wife and 3 young children. In his free time he volunteers as an SOS for the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity giving back for the opportunity they gave him and his family to be homeowners, and he likes to act silly with his kids.
