I'm going to jump right in and get blunt here. I don't have time to sugar-coat this information because frankly --- It's costing you and your business numerous sales every day! Pay attention!

First of all, if YOU'RE NOT doing any regular, consistent email marketing like ezines, announcements, etc. then 'what are you thinking'? This is a must for anyone's follow up system! (Of course it's not the only thing you should be doing but it needs to be a part of your overall system)
